Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order has been placed, and another email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Delivery Timeframe

Once your order has shipped, delivery typically takes 2-3 business days within the United States. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays.

Total Time from Order to Delivery: Typically 3-5 business days (1-2 days processing + 2-3 days transit)

Incorrect Address

It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you realize you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. If your order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to update the address. Once an order has shipped, we cannot modify the delivery address.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

Currently, we can only ship to one address per order. If you need to ship to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each shipping address.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment's progress and estimated delivery date.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your ChillerBody products.
